Spirit Island: Bottomless Mud of the Swamps [Mini-Expansion]

Along the coasts are many marshy delta regions. Some are navigable; others are mazes of murky water, tangled vines, and deceptively solid ground. Bottomless Mud of the Swamps is the latter, with an urge to spread - it likes to be everywhere, gradually turning solid ground into muddy mire. Some Dahan villages have made mutually beneficial arrangements: easy passage and useful plants in exchange for tasks better done by human hands. Most, however, search for new settlement areas as soon as they perceive the muddy signs of its arrival.

Bottomless Mud of the Swamps is an additional spirit for Spirit Island with low complexity. It wants to place its sacred sites in areas where building is taking place. Sometimes it has to renew them if it has moved presences with its permanent ability. It can prevent the invaders from discovering new areas by destroying villages and cities and preventing new ones from being built.
