A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away... but now players are right in the middle of it! In the Talisman®–Star Wars™ Edition, they become part of the endless struggle between good and evil, the light and dark sides of the Force. In the roles of Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, or nine other characters from the Star Wars™ universe, their path leads players to iconic homeworlds and planets of the Star Wars™ Saga. But only one will ultimately manage to reach the Citadel Throne of the Sith and face Emperor Palpatine, to become the ruler of the galaxy themselves or finally bring peace to it.

The Talisman®–Star Wars™ Edition is a completely standalone game that transfers the popular Talisman® principle to the Star Wars™ universe. Each player chooses their own character, who belongs to either the light or dark side of the Force. Over the course of the game, the character develops and receives new objects, Force skills, and followers. When a player's turn comes, they roll a die and move their figure the rolled number of spaces. There, they then handle an encounter with the location or a character of the opposing alignment. Players try to reach the Inner Region to the Citadel Throne of the Sith to defeat the Emperor there.
