The basic cards needed for every game (Copper, Silver, Gold, Estate, Duchy, Province, and Curse cards, as well as the Trash card), as well as the PLATINUM Treasure card, the COLONY Victory card (first released in the Prosperity expansion), and POTION cards (from the Alchemy expansion) appear for the first time in this Basic Cards Set as a standalone expansion set in German. The cards have been newly illustrated. For a game of Dominion®, in addition to the basic cards, any base game or Dominion® expansion is required. The Dominion® Basic Cards are not playable on their own and are suitable as an addition for a game with 5 or 6 people or as a replacement for lost or worn-out basic cards. The basic game rules, which apply to every game of DOMINION, as well as the rules for a game with 5 and 6 people (only possible in conjunction with a base game or double the number of basic cards) can be downloaded from the website www.dominion-welt.de/downloads.
