Havalandi (Edition Spielwiese)

Standing on the railing of an observation pavilion and watching beautiful, colorful hot air balloons rise in the distance - this is the idyllic game scenario players find themselves in in Havalandi.

With their own fleet of hot air balloons, they compete for the most magnificent fleet. Players try to score as many points as possible by skillfully placing their balloons and forming the largest possible groups of balloons within the different regions. Before each turn, an airship indicates on which fields the active player may place a balloon. Alternatively, they may extend an existing balloon group in a region adjacent to the airship. After placing, players can launch their balloon fleet. Depending on how many different regions the fleet ascends from, they receive different numbers of points.

Additional points are gained through end-game scoring cards and placing balloons next to the pavilions. Special balloons with different abilities add extra challenge, as does a double-sided game board.
