LIQUITEX Basics ACRYL - 601 Naples Yellow (118ml)

LIQUITEX Basics ACRYL – 601 Naples Yellow (118 ml)

LIQUITEX Basics ACRYL - 601 Naples Yellow harks back to an opaque pinkish-yellow pigment popular during the Renaissance. The name comes from natural deposits on Mount Vesuvius in Naples. Originally, Naples Yellow was made with lead antimonate and is one of the oldest known synthetic pigments, dating back to around 1620. This shade is characterized by a brilliant yellow and vibrant pigments. This medium-viscosity acrylic paint is excellent for underpainting, sketching, mixed media, and classic canvas work. It offers high lightfastness, good mixability, and dries to a satin finish. Ideal for artists, art students, and creative hobby painters.
