As a Mage Knight, there are three paths: you can become a benevolent leader, a brutal dictator, or you can try to walk the line in between. To do this, you must influence your reputation, gain fame and experience, and thus acquire powerful spells and abilities. Then, additional units can be recruited into your ranks. Will players defeat an ancient Draconum and earn the people's goodwill, or burn down a monastery to steal the artifacts hidden there? Both paths may lead to victory, but the decision lies with the players.
Mage Knight offers a variety of campaigns and allows players to play both cooperatively and competitively. In the Mage Knight Ultimate Edition, the successful fantasy board game is available for the first time as a complete set with all three expansions.
