Spirit Island: Sunlight Swirl [Mini-Expansion]

As a spirit of warm and gusty air, Sun-Bright Whirlwind whips leaves and dust into small dust devils, snatches unsecured objects, and sometimes – for fun, out of anger, or simply by its nature – howls across the island, uprooting trees and sweeping branches, pebbles, shells, and bird nests around. Some Dahan interpret its appearance as a good sign for traveling. Others have tried to entrust it with messages – with mixed success, as it is prone to mischief and deliberately scrambles the words of the messages.

Sun-Bright Whirlwind is an additional spirit for Spirit Island with low complexity. It can move explorers from newly explored areas, thus preventing building there. It is weaker when dealing with villages and towns. It can place a maximum of one presence per turn. If it focuses on its energy track, it will tend to neglect its innate power. Or it increases the number of cards it can play each round and tries to execute all effects of its innate power.
