Tucana, a little-known archipelago, is home to a variety of strange creatures. The peoples of long-past eras have also left their mark there. In Trails of Tucana, players create a network of paths on the islands to help the inhabitants travel between villages and visit as many sights as possible.
Each player receives an island map with several villages, sights, and different terrains. In each turn, two cards are revealed, and all players must draw paths on their island between the two terrains shown on the cards. Connecting matching villages and building paths from the villages to the sights earns points. The player with the most points after the deck has been played through twice wins.
